Tip of the Week

You`ll find the serratus anterior at the side of your ribs, a few inches under your armpit. It brings the scapula (shoulder blade) forward and holds it in close to the ribs so it doesn`t stick out. Helps that part of your chest to have a "ripped" look. To train this muscle, just give a little extra push, rounding your back, at the top of your pushups.
