If you are an athlete who wants to build up but can't always get to the gym, there are a few exercises you can do at home. Do these slowly to make them harder. Do one-leg squats by standing next to a wall, putting one leg out in front of you, and descending to a squat position while sliding your hand down the wall. Do push-ups with your feet elevated. Find something to do pull-ups on, or get a pull-up bar. You can do some ab work to finish off.
