Nutrition is one of the most important factors in building lean muscle tissue. This is the reason I chose a tip dealing with nutrition, for this first issue. If you want your body to be a lean high performance machine you have to supply it with proper nutrients on a consistent basis. The meals you eat must be high quality foods such as lean meats, vegetables, fruits, whole grain breads and pastas, not junk foods like chips, soda, and pizza. The old adage that "you are what you eat" is true, good things going in=good things coming out and vice-versa. Just changing your nutrition habits will put you on the road to reaching your fitness goals!
