This tip really gets to the heart of the whole idea of becoming focused, by emphasizing the importance of setting specific, measurable, deadline based goals. It also emphasizes the necessity of having a written plan for achieving those goals. Finally, it states that not all goals and plans for reaching them are perfect. Therefore, if you have set a goal and followed a plan for reaching it, but still do not quite get there on your first try go back to the drawing board and try again. This may include seeking advice on setting a more reachable goal for the time frame you have set, and developing a more effective plan. Personal trainers are especially skilled at goal setting and planning as they relate to the fitness area, so seek out a good trainer and you will be well on your way to achieving your fitness goals!
