Tip of the Week

Some studies indicate that strength, for most people, peaks in the evening, between 5:00 and 9:00 p.m. So if you work out at that time, you may get best results. This is, however, when the gym is most crowded, which keeps me away. If you`re a morning person, especially one of those waiting at the gym door when it opens at 5:00 a.m., there`s no reason to change. But if it works for you, give those evening hours a try.
